Refund & Return Policy
Unused or faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Used items may not be refunded or returned.
Keep in mind: Unused items must be returned in the condition they were received in.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It’s your responsibility to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
It can take 5–7 business days to process a return and refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return & refund are processed.

Please start by messaging with us via the website chat with 1: your name, 2: reason for return & refund, 3: name of the item you purchased, 4: your email address, and 5: your phone number.
You will be required to pay for return shipping for which we will offer up to $5 in store credit.
